את הכנסים עד שנת 2012 אירגן מר משה רגב. החל מ2012 הפעילים העקריים משה רגב, נחמיה שחף וצוות מרכז מורשת יהדות קוצ'ין. הנושאים מגוונים ביותר ומתייחסים לקהילה הקוצ'ינית. לדוגמה: בשנת 2013-בסימן סופרים וספרים. 2014- 60 שנה לעליית יהודי קוצ'ין לישראל. 2015-בסימן חתונה קוצ'ינית. ועוד.
